Who Can Save Money With VURVhealth?
VURVhealth is available to anyone who must pay for their medical care out of pocket. VURVhealth can help you save time and money in the following situations:  1. If you don't have any health insurance.  2. When your existing insurer does not provide the treatment or medications you need.  3. If you have a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) that you don't reach in the calendar year and you're forced to pay out-of-pocket.
Is VURVhealth Insurance?
No. VURVhealth is NOT INSURANCE.  Significant out-of-pocket expenses are a typical occurrence with or without standard insurance and VURV offers an economical alternative. You can save money with our Discount Medical plans on a variety of wellness and medical services, and you'll earn these savings when you pay the provider directly out of pocket rather than through insurance.
I Already Have Insurance. Why Do I Need A VURVhealth Membership?
You might be able to save money on a range of common insurance situations by joining VURVhealth.  For instance, a lot of insurance plans don't cover dental or optical treatment. Or if you're like 80% of people and are stuck paying thousands of dollars toward a deductible you'll never reach, or if all you have is a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) or minimal insurance plan (often referred to as "catastrophic insurance") that only covers the major expenses, VURV is a great option for you. Although it may cost a fortune, you may want to consider upgrading your insurance to cover more services. I Already Have A Provider I Love, Can I Use VURVhealth With Them?
If your current provider is an active provider in one of our participating partner networks, then you should be able to use your VURVhealth membership with them. However, healthcare providers outside of VURV's partner networks will not accept your VURVhealth Card.
Will Paying For Healthcare With My VURVhealth Membership Count Towards My Deductible?
If you want to know whether purchases made through VURVhealth count toward your deductible, you'll need to contact your insurance company directly and should be prepared to provide a copy of your invoice or receipt from your healthcare provider to your insurance company as proof of payment. Please note, this is not guaranteed. Health insurance is not required for you to use VURVhealth to see a medical provider. Healthcare providers will give discounts to patients who are willing to pay cash only because dealing with insurance reimbursements is often an expensive headache. Without the burden of documents or reimbursements, VURVhealth maximizes those lower rates for their members up front.
Can I Add The Rest Of My Family To My VURVhealth Membership?
Yes! Just make sure to choose a family membership, this allows you to add up to 4 more family members including yourself (5 total). This is the best way to maximise your savings!
Is There Any Additional Paperwork Or Forms To Fill Out?
Nope. Once you've registered for a VURVhealth membership, you're ready to go! The VURVhealth mobile app may be used to take care of all of your membership needs once you've opened an account with us and subscribed to a VURVhealth Discount Medical Plan. There is no further billing or or surprised invoices from VURVhealth because you must pay the healthcare provider directly at the time of service.
How Does VURVhealth Make Money?
VURVhealth is a subscription-based membership service that helps you find quality, affordable healthcare options when you’re paying out-of-pocket for your healthcare. We provide access to our nationwide networks of discounted providers in return for a monthly membership fee. That’s it. No games. No gimmicks. We do not sell your information, and we do not make a commission from referrals on your individual treatments.
What Is A Discount Medical Organization?
Both an HMO and a PPO are terms you are certainly familiar with. By pre-negotiating pricing for discounts with all of the providers, the "DMO", often referred to as a Discount Medical Organization, advances the development and affordable access to a variety of health networks. What Is A Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is a special, tax-sheltered account that you can use to save for healthcare expenses. The money you put away in your FSA is deposited before taxes, and some employers who offer FSAs will match a percentage of your contribution. Check with your employer or insurance company to find out if you have an FSA as part of your health insurance and if your company contributes to it.

How Do I Use My VURVhealth Membership?
Once you've successfully subscribed and your eligibility has successfully processed, you'll need to log in to the VURVhealth mobile app after downloading it from either the IOS or Android app store. After logging in, you can choose your preferred healthcare network and search for the nearby providers of the medical services you require on the main screen. Then, when you locate the healthcare professional you like, call them at the number shown to make an appointment. Be prepared to show your VURVhealth ID from the home screen in our VURVhealth mobile app in the event they ask for it. It's also a good idea to confirm your appointment the day before and make sure they are still accepting VURVhealth and our Partner Networks, Discount Medical plans and confirm they are still part of our preferred provider networks as providers may change network affiliations.
Where Can I Use My VURVhealth ID Card?
Currently, VURVhealth has more than a combined 450,000 providers across all of our Networks and Pharmacies. You can look for an active provider on the network of your choosing by using the VURVhealth mobile app, which gives you direct access to our preferred provider networks. To keep you aware of the accessible healthcare options in your area, our databases are updated frequently. Depending on your VURVhealth membership plan, these choices will change as providers may change network affiliations.
How Do I Know How Much I Will Spend And Save Using My VURVhealth Membership?
The services offered at each appointment varies between providers. You should be aware that utilizing VURVhealth entitles you to the best discount on the provider's out-of-pocket cost. Before your visit, your provider ought to be able to provide you an estimate of the cost of your appointment. How Do I Cancel My VURVhealth Membership?
To update your billing details or cancel your subscription visit the members page and follow the simple steps. Please be aware that VURVhealth does not offer prorated refunds; however, you will continue to be able to use all of your member advantages for as long as your membership is active, and at the conclusion of the subscription cycle, your account will be cancelled automatically.
How Do I Change My Account Or Profile Details
By following these steps, you can update your account information at any time, including your name, email address, phone number, and address. 1. Choose "my profile" from the menu bar at the bottom of the screen. 2. Select the field you want to update, then click the edit button. 3. After updating the information, click Save Changes. 4. Following the completion of all revisions, click OK to confirm your modifications. 5. If you can't remember your password, click the lost password link on the login screen, and we'll email you instructions on how to reset it to your registered email.
I've Signed Up For VURVhealth, When Do I Get Access To The Mobile App?
After signing up for VURVhealth and completing the checkout process, you will receive an email with your temporary VURV password, allowing you to download and access the VURVhealth app. VURVhealth's mobile app is available in both the Apple iOS and Google Android App Stores.

Where Can I Use My VURVRx ID Card?
Over 63,000 pharmacies across the country will accept VURVhealth's discount prescription card, including independent stores and well-known national chains including Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Walmart, and Target. Using the VURVhealth app, you can look up the nearest participating pharmacy and use our real-time pricing tool to see which pharmacy is charging the lowest price for your particular prescription(s). 
How Do I Use My VURVRx Card?
It's simple to use your VURVRx card! To fill a new prescription or renew an existing prescription, just show the pharmacist your digital VURVRx Card from the VURVhealth mobile app. Depending on the prescription, discounts will range from 10% to 80% off of the retail costs. To guarantee the lowest cash price on your prescription, be sure to specify that the pharmacist or pharmacy technician uses your VURVRx card. Additionally, it's a good idea to keep in mind to show your VURVRx card every time you get a refill on one of your normal prescriptions or if you should decide to change pharmacies.

Our simple List views or Map displays are easy to navigate between. When viewing your results in our List View, the lowest price will always be presented first and on our Map View, you can easily find the lowest price because we've highlighted it in the green bubble for you.
Why Are Prescription Prices Different Between Pharmacies?
Prices may vary from city to city and even from pharmacy to pharmacy due to the many agreements that pharmacies enter into with drug manufacturers, which have an impact on their pricing formulas and are continuously changing. Are There Limits To How Often I Can Use My VURVhealth Rx Card?

What If My Pharmacist Isn’t Familiar With VURV Health?
Don’t panic. The VURV Health prescription network is powered by Singlecare, one of the largest in the US. The agreements their pharmacies have with networks are not always known to some pharmacists or pharmacy technicians. They should use the savings card just like they would any other insurance card, but if they have any questions, our Pharmacy Network Partner, Singlecare, is available at (855)533-0677.
What Do I Do If I Have Prescription Coverage With My Health Insurance?
Those with insurance can still benefit from the VURVhealth Rx Card. To determine whether VURVhealth's discounted prescription price is lower than your insurance, ask the pharmacist to price your prescription using the VURVhealth Rx Card instead of your insurance. Our pricing for some brand-name medications and prescriptions is frequently less expensive than insurance co-pays. To find the lowest price for your medication at your favourite pharmacy, don't forget to use our real-time prescription pricing tool in the VURVhealth mobile app.
Can The VURVhealth Rx Card Help Medicare Users?
Although the VURVhealth Rx Card discount can be used as a Medicare Part D supplement by paying for medications once participants reach the "donut hole," medications bought with this discount program will not count toward your Medicare deductible and will not therefore allow you to exceed your deductible and escape the "donut hole." Since not all plans are created equal, we advise you to seek the specifics from your plan administrator.
Does The VURVhealth Rx Card Count Towards My Insurance Deductible?

Is There A Maximum Annual Spending Limit With A VURV Dental Savings Program?

I’m On Medicare, Can I Use A Dental Savings Program?
Original Medicare doesn’t cover dental, so you can use a dental savings program to reduce your dental care costs. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan that includes dental, as noted above, you may be able to use your VURV dental savings program to reduce costs only after you exceed the maximum spending limit on your dental insurance plan. You cannot use your dental insurance and your dental savings plan for the same procedure. Check with your Medicare Advantage plan provider for details.

Can I Use VURV Dental Savings With My Current Dental Insurance?
You can use your VURV Dental Savings Program to help decrease your out-of-pocket dental care expenses once you've hit your dental insurance plan's yearly cap. It's important to note that you cannot utilize both your dental insurance and your VURV Dental Savings program for the same procedure, as per insurance policy guidelines. However, your dentist can assist you in coordinating treatments that take advantage of both your savings and insurance plans.
Do I Have To File A Claim When I Use My VURV Dental Savings Program?
When using your VURV Dental Savings program, there is no need to file a claim. The discounts are applied directly at the dentist's office during your visit, making the process convenient and hassle-free. What is VURV's Universal Dental Disclosure?
The VURV Discount Dental Program provides access to the Aetna Dental Access® network, which is administered by Aetna Life Insurance Company (ALIC). ALIC does not offer or administer the discount program, and is not an affiliate, agent or principal of the discount program. Dental providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of ALIC. ALIC does not provide dental care or treatment and is not responsible for outcomes.
I Reached My Annual Maximum, But I Need to Get a Filling, What Do?
Unlike typical insurance, after hitting your maximum with co-pays and deductibles, additional services or procedures will not be covered for the rest of the plan year. However with VURV's Dental Network you're in luck. VURV's Virtual Primary Care (VPC) offers a modern, convenient approach to healthcare. Patients can consult with their providers remotely through video, phone, and messaging - without the need for in-person visits unless necessary.
VPC covers routine check-ups, chronic care, mental health, and minor issues. Traditional care handles a broader range of services. VPC complements rather than replaces traditional care. It's not suitable for emergencies, but offers a flexible, accessible way to receive primary care services.
Are VURV's Virtual Primary Care (VPC) Providers Licensed Healthcare Professionals?
Yes, absolutely! At VURV, your health and well-being are our top priorities, which is why we’ve partnered with the top Virtual Primary Care networks available. This means that our network partners have vetted and conducted background checks and approved all of the VPC providers currently available, and they are fully licensed and highly qualified healthcare professionals.

Virtual Primary Care (VPC) is a fantastic resource for many healthcare needs, but when it comes to urgent medical situations, there are some important things to keep in mind. For non-life-threatening issues that need timely attention, Virtual Primary Care can be incredibly convenient. Conditions like minor infections, cold and flu symptoms, mild sprains, rashes, and other common ailments can often be effectively addressed through a virtual consultation.
Our licensed healthcare professionals can assess your symptoms, provide medical advice, and even prescribe medications if necessary—all from the comfort of your home.
However, it's crucial to recognize the difference between urgent and emergency medical situations. Virtual Primary Care is not suitable for life-threatening emergencies. If you or someone else is experiencing severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, signs of a stroke, or any other serious symptoms, it's essential to call emergency services immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. These situations require immediate, hands-on medical intervention that can’t be provided virtually.

How Do I Send My Physician's Order To The MDsave Provider?

Will My Results Be Sent Back To The Ordering Provider?

How Do I Remove Members From An Active Subscription Plan?
If you would like to remove any additional family members from your VURVhealth account, please send an email to help@vurvhealth.com from the email address you originally used to signup for VURVhealth and request the specific family members you wish to have removed from your account. A VURV Support Team Member will be pleased to help you remove the family members you choose. Please note, VURVhealth does not offer prorated refunds for membership. Canceled accounts will continue to have access to their VURVhealth membership until the last date of the subscription and will automatically terminate before the next billing cycle.
How Do I Update My Credit Card Information?

Unfortunately, VURVhealth does not provide any prorated refunds. However, you can cancel your VURVhealth membership at anytime, and you will be able to continue to access all of your VURVhealth member advantages for as long as your membership is active. At the conclusion of the subscription cycle, your account will be cancelled automatically.

When Is My Future Re-Billing Date?

Is It Possible To Prepay Future Invoices?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to prepay for future VURVhealth invoices. Your credit card will automatically rebill at the start of the new billing cycle.
My Credit Card Was Declined or Failed the Monthly Rebill, What Should I do?
In most cases, there's nothing to do. VURVhealth will automatically attempt to rebill your credit card again over the next 1-3 days. If your card still does not successfully process, you may need to update your billing information and replace your credit card with an alternative method of payment. You can easily do this by clicking: http://vurvhealth.com/login and logging in with the email address you registered with VURVhealth and your current password. From there you can update your credit card on file and VURVhealth will automatically attempt to rebill your monthly membership fees. If the problem persists or you need additionally help, please email us at help@vurvhealth.com and a member of our Support Team will assist you.
