How to Update Your Membership Details
Easily modify your membership information through the VURV Health mobile app by accessing your My Profile section.

Login
Login to the VURV Health mobile app

Navigate
Click the "My Profile" tab in the navigation menu to view your current information.

Update
Review and update all profile details including address or change of password

Confirm
Review and click "Save Changes" to update your information immediately.

Adding Family Members
If you purchased a family membership on sign up then adding family members is easy. Everything can be completed right in the VURV Health mobile app Just follow the simple steps below:

Check Eligibility
Family members must reside in your household. Up to 4 additional members can be added per primary membership.

Gather Information
Collect names, birthdates, and email addresses for each family member you wish to add.

Complete Registration
In your VURV Health mobile app, visit 'My Profile', then scroll down and select 'Family Subscription' simply enter the required information, and click save. Each new family member will receive their own welcome email.

If you purchased an individual membership only, you will not see the 'Family Subscription' option in your profile

Canceling Your Membership
We value our members' loyalty and understand that sometimes relationships change. If you're considering a break, why not hit pause instead? Just shoot us an email with the subject line 'Pause my subscription' to help(at)vurvhealth.com. Provide your name, email, and zip code, and we'll handle the rest with care.

Request Cancellation
Log in below to cancel your membership directly with no hassles. Select "Cancel Membership" and follow the prompts.

Review Important Dates
Note your billing cycle date. Cancellations must be completed 3 days before your billing date to avoid charges.

Membership Wind-Down
After cancellation, your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. You'll receive confirmation via email.

Ending your membership means losing access to services and discounts from VURV Health and our partners. Remember, you'll be responsible for full non-discounted costs for any scheduled Telehealth, Virtual Primary Care, or Mental Health appointments post-cancellation.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link. For security reasons, links expire after 24 hours.
Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?
Unfortunately we cannot offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period, regardless of when you cancel.
